We regard environmental protection as the core social responsibility of the enterprise, fully integrate the concept of green development into the entire import and export supply chain processes including procurement, logistics, warehousing and cooperative performance, and are committed to building a low-consumption, low-carbon and circular green supply chain system. To fulfill our commitment to sustainable development through concrete actions, we hereby formulate this environmental policy.

1.  Uphold Compliance Bottom Line and Consolidate Green Foundation

Strictly comply with the environmental protection laws, regulations and industry standards of China and the countries/regions covered by import and export business, and benchmark against the green conventions and standards in the international supply chain and foreign trade fields. Take compliant operation as the primary prerequisite for business development, establish and improve the environmental management system, conduct regular environmental risk assessments and compliance reviews on key business links, and ensure that the entire operation process is free from environmental violations. Proactively benchmark against international advanced environmental standards, and continuously raise the threshold of the enterprise's green operation to exceed the basic environmental protection requirements.

2.  Build a Green Supply Chain and Deepen Collaborative Win-Win

Take green procurement as the starting point for supply chain optimization, and incorporate environmental performance indicators into the core assessment system for supplier access, evaluation and long-term cooperation. Prioritize establishing strategic cooperative relations with upstream and downstream partners that possess green product certifications, practice cleaner production and implement resource recycling, and guide all links of the supply chain to jointly establish green development norms. Promote the sharing of environmental protection technology achievements among enterprises in the import and export industrial chain, optimize supply chain process design, reduce the carbon footprint of products across the entire chain, and realize the coordinated win-win of environmental benefits and economic benefits. Establish a green supply chain information communication mechanism, regularly share environmental protection practices and experiences, and gather the joint force for green industrial development.

3.  Implement Low-Carbon Logistics and Achieve Efficient Emission Reduction

Focusing on the logistics link, which is the core of import and export business, vigorously promote the green and low-carbon transformation. Respond to the green transportation policies of "shifting freight from road to railway" and "shifting freight from road to waterway". Based on the types of goods and transportation routes, scientifically formulate cross-border logistics plans, increase the proportion of railway, waterway and multimodal transport, and reduce carbon emissions from road transportation. Promote the use of new energy logistics vehicles and energy-saving loading and unloading equipment, adopt recyclable, degradable and reusable green packaging materials throughout the entire process of cargo packaging, warehousing and transportation, reduce the generation of disposable packaging waste, and realize the reduction and recycling of packaging resources. Optimize the warehousing operation process, introduce intelligent warehousing management systems and energy-saving warehousing facilities, and reduce energy consumption and resource waste in the warehousing link.

4.  Practice Resource Conservation and Implement Cost Reduction and Waste Minimization

Integrate the concept of circular economy into the entire process of enterprise operation, and establish resource conservation, pollution reduction and waste minimization as the basic principles of daily management. Fully implement paperless office, optimize the allocation of energy resources such as water and electricity, and cultivate green office habits among all employees. In the business links such as sorting, loading and unloading, and inspection of import and export goods, reduce resource consumption and waste generation through process optimization; implement classified management of waste generated in business operations, and promote the reuse and resource disposal of recyclable resources. Establish a carbon emission accounting system for key business links, set quantitative emission reduction targets, regularly track and evaluate the effectiveness of emission reduction, and continuously reduce the overall carbon footprint of the enterprise.

5.  Strengthen Full Staff Participation and Cultivate Green Culture

Clarify that all employees are the core subjects of green development, incorporate environmental protection knowledge and green operation norms into the pre-job training system for new employees and the regular training system for on-the-job employees, and improve the environmental awareness and professional capabilities of employees in all positions. Encourage employees to put forward rationalization suggestions on green supply chain construction, low-carbon operation and other aspects, establish a green innovation incentive mechanism, and commend and reward teams and individuals who have made outstanding performances in energy conservation, consumption reduction and environmental protection innovation. Advocate a green and low-carbon work and lifestyle within the enterprise, promote the integration of green culture into every detail of daily operation, and make environmental protection actions a conscious choice of all employees.

6.  Adhere to Continuous Improvement and Accept Social Supervision

Establish a special working group for green development to coordinate the implementation, execution and supervision of the enterprise's environmental policy. Regularly review the implementation effectiveness of the environmental policy, and dynamically adjust and optimize green development measures and goals in light of the development trend of the foreign trade industry, the upgrading of environmental protection technology and the needs of stakeholders. Proactively accept the supervision of government environmental protection departments, industry associations, customers and the general public, publicly release the enterprise's green development performance report in an appropriate form, extensively listen to the opinions and suggestions of all parties, continuously improve the level of environmental management, and strive to become a benchmark enterprise for green development in the import and export supply chain field.
